Automatic Blood Pressure Cuff

True story. I may be the worst gift giver ever. I firmly believe that everyone should own a blood pressure cuff in their homes. So, when my brother told me his blood pressure was high at a few of his doctor visits, I went ahead and got him a cuff for his birthday! Why? Measuring blood pressure at home with a cuff throughout the day gives a more accurate idea of what impacts blood pressure. Most people are stressed out at the doctor and this can impact blood pressure. However, if blood pressure is high when at rest at home…that’s another story. Here is the blood pressure cuff sample I gifted him and some affiliate links so you can see it too.

I gave my brother this automatic blood pressure cuff for many reasons. First, taking blood pressure with a stethescope and manual cuff is hard if you don’t have training. This Coosh Automatic Upper Arm Blood Pressure Cuff does all of the work. I know my brother can put it on his arm, push a button and the great LED light-up screen and large reading helps him keep track of his pressure. He can record it and report to his doctor. In addition, it’s easy to use and operate.
In my opinion, everyone should own a blood pressure cuff even if they are healthy. Those with health issues should own one absolutely. I have made many phone calls to doctor offices and said, here are the symptoms and I took vital signs. Blood pressure was this and heart beat was this number. Blood pressure and heart rate can tell a lot about the state of a person’s health and important to have in every home.

Disclosure: This is not a sponsored post. I did receive a product sample to facilitate my review but the opinions here are my own. This post contains affiliate links and I receive a small portion of sales if you shop through them. Thank you.

Is this cuff accurate? I was diagnosed with HELLP syndrome and pre eclampsia and have to take my bp daily. It’s really difficult to take manual by yourself
