The Most Amazing and Special Gifts for Moms

I wanted to share the most amazing and special gifts for Moms. Birthdays, winter Holidays, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day are great times to express appreciation and celebrate Motherhood. I wanted to share some really great gifts for Moms that are perfect for any occasion. Weather through birth, surrogate, adoption, c-section, delivery or VBAC, becoming a Mom changes a woman’s life outside and inside forever. Who wouldn’t want to celebrate that?! The love a Mother has for her babies is inexplicable. Gift giving is a wonderful way to celebrate this relationship. Here are the Most Amazing and Special Gift Finds for Mom. For Moms, from a Mom.

I’ve received some weird gifts over the years. Honestly, sometimes hubby is at a loss and gets me things he likes. I got a firestick once… Since then, it’s become abundantly clear to me that 1. I’m going to get a gift and 2. I’d better speak up and make sure my family knows what I have in mind. My top wishes are time alone, napping and possibly even a super long shower-grooming day. Having 4 babies, 5 and under is all consuming and getting -me- time is really wonderful. While I hope for -me- time, I know I’ll get something physical too. I wanted to share my top picks with you for unique and beautiful gifts Moms like me would love! Here’s what I’ve composed for you. (some are affiliate links).

1. Me Time

A Mom’s morning often starts early. Sometimes, way too early and ends late. I’ll often sit down at night and realize that I gave out 5 baths, zero to myself. I spend all day caring for others, and it’s a nice gift to get some time to spend on my own grooming. Chewbacca legs? Looking like someone is behind held in a headlock in the armpit? Grooming time is always wonderful, especially as short season approaches. In addition, having food to eat that I didn’t prepare is always wonderful, getting time to use my neglected sugar scrub and body lotion(without an audience in the shower and/or on the toilet) is always a great gift. Throw in a nap, and it’s an amazing day!

2. Chocolate

Who doesn’t love chocolate? Chocolate is amazing! However, as a breastfeeding Mom I’ve had to limit my dairy intake. Eating dairy can cause my little one to have stomach issues and I must avoid it. Luckily, there are amazing dairy-free chocolates including hot cocoa from Videri Chocolate Factory!

3.  Jewelry

I recently discovered Stone and Strand jewelry! Each piece is unique and they literally have something for every budget. From $25 to items over 20k, using coupon code MAMABANANA15 will get you 15% off your order! Earrings, Rings, Necklaces and Bracelets it’s easy to find your Unicorn at this store. Orders have complimentary shipping, returns and champagne truffles!

4. Fluff

While baby fluff, also know as cloth diapers, are meant for baby…cloth diapering Moms know how happy they make us! Fuff mail is often the highlight of my week and it literally makes my day. There may be a special WAHM diaper, a limited print, or maybe a special new release or hard to find pocket Mom’s after. Fluff is a great way to show you care! Nicki’s Diapers has fast and free shipping on all diaper purchases!

5. Baby Carrier

Baby carriers are amazing. They cradle baby close to Mom, allow for hands-free snuggles and help Mom feel beautiful. I love putting on a pretty baby carrier, even in my messy hair and pajamas, and smile as I get things done! When I’m out and about and pass another Mom with a baby carrier, we often share a nod and a smile. Why? Moms LOVE baby carriers. It’s not a secret and they make great gifts!

6. Special Project

Recently I sent a pinterest image to my husband. This is not something that I normally do, but I loved the project! It’s a how to make your own farm table. I would LOVE a farm table. There are few things that say “I love you” more then spending time, sweat and energy making a project the Mom in your life would love. Should I find that Farm Table sitting in our kitchen one day? Yeah, that would be amazing. If there is a special project in mind, painting a room, rearranging the furniture..
.projects make great and thoughtful gifts.

7. Photos
One of my favorite things is my photo mug. I put a photo of each one of my boys births on it and I marvel at how little they were while I sip my morning coffee. They are growing so fast! I love remembering how snuggly and squishy they were as newborns. While my babies are now building LEGOs and driving around on bicycles, I still remember holding them for the first time. Having this photo gift is one of my most cherished possessions and it helps me remember their original birthday.

8. Mama Pads

Recently I discovered the world of Mama pads. What are Mama pads? Moms wear them for everything from periods, to light bladder leaks and day to day stuff that may sneak out post-baby. These are pretty, save your underwear and are soooo much fun to shop for and buy! Building a stash is really exciting, and looking down at your underwear to see Wonder Woman staring back up makes pregnant lady bladder leaks all that much more fun. Reusable pads from Pink Lemonade Shop are always in stock!

9. MommyCon Trip

Sometimes, spending all of your time Momming can be lonely. There are many days when I don’t leave my house. When I do, it’s often to the store and I spend all of my time wrangling children and zero time speaking to other adults. Mommycon is a Mom convention full of like-minded Moms and a huge exhibit hall full of the products I love! Cloth diapers, baby carriers, natural products and breastfeeding goodies all in one place. One of the nicest things my husband does is attend this with me. He carries my bag, smiles and I think he even has a good time!

10. Timi and Leslie Diaper Bag

Did I save the best for last?! If you’ve ever been diaper bag shopping, you know that finding something attractive can be rough. As a Mom to 4, I know this all too well. I was thrilled to discover Timi and Leslie Diaper Bags and absolutely love carrying our Kate bag around. It looks like a beautiful purse, but is a well designed and easy to care for diaper bag! Best yet, when baby is out of diapers, it converts into a stylish purse that’s full of lovely memories.
